About Our Products

Yes. You may contact us to inquire about customized product requests and provide a picture or sample of the prototype. Conditions regarding customized products will differ depending on the projected order amount and the complexity of the order request.

Special orders are orders of products with variations. These may include changes in lid colors or types (with or without handle) that do not require a new mold.

Yes, Island Plastic Manufacturing Company, Inc. has been Halal-certified by the Halal Development Institute of the Philippines.

Placing Orders

You may contact us through email, text, or call to inquire or directly place your orders.

You may also visit us at our factory location during office hours to view our samples, place your orders, or purchase onhand stocks.

There is a wholesale amount corresponding to each product as can be seen on each product page or in the product catalogue downloadable here.

We accept cash and online payments via bank-to-bank transfer to Metrobank and PBCom.

You may also deposit to our Metrobank and PBCom accounts prior to pickup or delivery.

Only customized and special product orders require a 50% down payment prior to production. The remaining balance is due at time of delivery or pickup. 

Delivery

If we have on-hand stocks of your orders, same or next day pick-up or delivery via courier-service is possible. For orders amounting to a truck-full (6-wheeler), arrangements can be made for delivery and it is best to contact us to inquire.

For unavailable existing, special or custom products, please contact us to inquire for a projected date.

For small quantity orders, orders may be picked-up or delivered via courier, care of the customer.

For smaller orders, orders may be personally picked up or sent via courier care of the customer.

Cancellation, Return and Refund

Conditions under which cancellations are allowed:

  • For small quantity orders of existing products, pre-order cancellations may be done up to 1 day prior to delivery date.
  • For large quantity orders of existing products, pre-order cancellations may be made up to 7 days prior to delivery date.
  • For custom and special product orders, cancellations are allowed prior to 50% downpayment. Once downpayment is made, any cancellation will not be refunded and any materials, equipments, molds, and products used or produced from this order will be forfeited to Island Plastic Manufacturing Company, Inc.

Conditions under which returns are allowed:

  • Return requests may be filed up to 3 days after delivery.
  • Products for return must be unused and unaltered. Damages or alterations incurred after departure from the company factory (unless by the company’s own delivery services) will not be entertained.

To initiate any cancellation or return request, please contact us before the allowable time.

  • In your return request, please indicate which product/s and quantity of products for return. Also indicate the reason for return (including specific defects) with pictures.
  • Once return request has been approved, customers are to deliver products back to the factory address either by personal drop-off or delivery via courier.
  • Shipping and delivery costs for returns are under the care of the customer.

Refunds or Exchanges

  • Any allowable refunds as stipulated by the cancellation, return and refund policy will be provided in the form of cash, GCASH, or store-credit only. Defective products may also be exchanged for new stock.
  • Fees may apply.
